So, if your going to give your toddler a "jailhouse" tat, do it in Georgia. Apparently you just get a year's proibation and a few hundred bucks in fines. Not bad for permenantly marring kids skin. I would do it to my kid but he's older than three, lives in Texas and would probably kick my ass...
